1. How can I place my order?

Placing an order is very simple on azubashoppee.com. Select your desired products. Specify the exact quantity in number of units. A customer application form will appear that will ask you for details like your name, shipping address, mode of payment, contact details, etc. After filling up the form, you can make payment using the mode you choose. You can choose to pay using credit card, Mastercard, PayPal account. Cash on Delivery is covered only in India and is available at select place only.

2. How can I make payment?

Payment can be made using two modes: Online and Offline. Online payment is open for worldwide orders. The options under this mode are credit card, Mastercard and Paypal. For the offline mode, Cash On Delivery can be selected but this is covered only in select cities in India.

3. How will I receive my order?

We give you a tentative date of delivery by analyzing your delivery location. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the product request is available. The order is then dispatched for shipping. We have delivery services that will deliver you the order. In case we can't reach the location, intermediate courier services will serve the purpose.

4. Can I track my order?

Of course, you can. Tracking the status of your order is a service we provide in order to keep you updated about your order. You can check when the order was dispatched, shipped and when it will probably reach the destination. In case of failure of delivery, you will be notified through email or SMS.

5. If I receive the wrong product, or I am not satisfied with the product, can I return it?

We entertain returns and refund only if the request is lodged within 3 days of delivery of the order. You require taking a photograph or making a video describing the problem encountered, and sending it to us. We will then review your claim and our experts will decide whether you can be given a refund or a replacement. If the condition of the product shipped back by you is in damaged condition, we won't replace or refund for it.

6. Will I receive a refund if my order is not delivered?

We ensure the best to deliver your order to the location you mention and within the time frame we mention. To some places, we cannot reach directly and so we pass your order through local courier services and the responsibility of delivery is shared by them. However, we track your order status and make sure it is delivered. In case of bad delivery or no delivery, we may partially refund the price paid by you. If the product is in damaged condition just after delivery, you may request for a replacement within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

7. Is there any guarantee or warranty on your products?

Azubashoppee brings you products from various manufacturers. Some manufacturers give guarantee and warranty for fixed time periods after purchase. These are serviced by the manufacturer and not by us. But if the buyer is not satisfied with the product condition or quality, he/she may contact us for the 3 day guarantee scheme that we order from the day of delivery.

8. Within how much time will I receive my order?

Your receipt of your order entirely depends on the availability of the product ordered by you. If the product is available at the time of order, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 2-25 business days, right from the date of order. If the product is unavailable at that time but has chances of being available soon, we will ship it as soon as it is available. You will be informed about the availability and shipping of your order through email and/or SMS.

9. Can I cancel my order? How?

Yes, if you think you do not want the product now, you can choose to cancel your order. However, this must be done before shipping in order to receive full or maximum refund. If the order is cancelled after being shipped, you may return it within 3 days of receipt of the order and shall receive partial refund under the 3 day guarantee scheme.

10. Why should I trust on your payment security?

Payments that you make to us are very safe and secured by franchises like PayPal and Godaddy. We keep the details of your credit card or debit card or PayPal account confidential and secured with your account password. Your card details can be accessed only by you and us through your user account at azubashoppee.com. In case we need to share your details with any third party, we ask for your prior permission.
